Market and shopping malls
Every visitor to Beijing needs to visit on of the malls and markets at least once on their trip. Whilst being very busy places, you can find everything there: pearls, clothes, handicrafts, the list is endless.
If you prefer quieter places where prices are posted, Beijing is full of shopping malls with fixed, but higher prices. As in Europe or anywhere else, China has sales periods in the winter and in the summer.
