Serves: 4 persons 6 slices of smoked ham 4 large tomatoes 1 onion 10g ginger 2 fresh goat’s milk cheese 4tbsp cottage cheese 1tsp chives 1tsp parsley 4 pinches of paprika Salt, pepper
Method :
Halve and deseed the tomatoes. Blitz the seeds of the tomatoes and put aside. Gently mix the tomatoes’ skins together with the onion and ginger into a paste. Add the smoked ham, the goat’s milk cheese and the cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and chive. Fill the tomatoes with this stuffing mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and grilled the tomatoes for 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
